A Fascinating Day in My Dreamland- Are You Ready to Fly
“ Nights are my favourite. I snuggle under the blanket and close my eyes
to wake up in the dreamland, the kingdom I rule” — says, V. Susmitha Reddy.
And today I want to take all my lovelies to my dreamland. Buckle your
attention and get ready for the journey.
As I stepped into my dreamland there were large mountains that touch
the sky. There were flowers whose scent is working as aromatherapy.
Birds were chirping with a soothing voice. There were waterfalls whose
sight is like milk dripping from the sky. Rivers were flowing
whose sound does not end at the banks but ends at the heart. There
is a castle that resembles a princess’s home.
As I was wandering in my dreamland with enthusiasm and happiness,
suddenly a voice called me, “ Who are you?” I got scared with the
sudden call. I turned around holding my courage. I am astonished
by the scene. I rubbed my eyes and pinched myself because
I could not believe what I was seeing. I am seeing a person who is
just like me. It was feeling like I am seeing my own reflection in a mirror.
My reflection asked again, “ Who are You?” I said in a low voice,
“I am Mounika. And this is my dreamland.” She replied, “ Oh, is this
your dreamland? Beautiful. Do you want to make your experience in the
dreamland interesting?” I said, “ Yes, but who are you? And why you
are exactly looking like me?” She laughed and said, “ I am a fairy
in your dreamland and I am exactly like you because this is your dream.
Now, let us participate in a competition.” I said in a shocking tone,
“ Competition!” She said calmly, “ Yes, competition. It is very simple. Are
you seeing a mountain over there? That mountain is 100 cm tall and there
is a beautiful tree-house in the middle of the mountain. The view of your
dreamland looks amazing from there. We have to climb the mountain
and reach the tree-house.” I screamed in a shocking tone, “ What? We need
to climb a 100 cm tall mountain and reach a tree-house. This is so difficult.”
She laughed and said, “ How can you even conclude before starting. Let us
try.” I started climbing. After 5 minutes I shouted, “ I cannot make it. I am
breathing so heavily.” She said, “ You can do it. Come on.” I started again.
I saw a bunch of sticks which are the size of logs that are stopping
the way. I felt happy, turned back, and said, “ The way is blocked. We cannot
go.” This time I did not pay attention to her words and reached down. She
said,” Now see how will I reach there.” She started climbing and she is
climbing really fast. She kicked off those sticks and from there it took 5
minutes for her to reach the tree-house. And I could see the happiness
in her eyes.
My lovelies we all have dreams which we build with passion. But if
any obstacles come on our way we start questioning ourselves.
“ How can I do this?” “ Am I capable of this?” We start assuming that the
challenge cannot be done even knowing the consequences.
“ Our own doubts kill our dream before the failure does.” So,
start believing yourself, kick off your doubts, and become
the winner in your dreamland. I am ready to climb the mountain
again and reach the tree-house.
